Why convert SVG to JPG?

SVG is a drawing rather than a grid of pixels. JPG is smaller, but flattens transparency onto a solid background. Converting is how you move a file from the first situation to the second.

What size will the PNG be?

Whatever you ask for. An SVG has no fixed size of its own, so the default is generous - around 2048px on the longest side - and you can set an exact width or pick a multiple of the drawing's own dimensions.

Will it be blurry?

No. Asking for a bigger PNG redraws the curves at that size rather than enlarging pixels, so a 4x export is genuinely sharp rather than a scaled-up copy of a small one.
